三、自控溫電熱帶的技術參數
1.功率—溫度特性 該特性是模擬管道伴熱保溫條件下測定的。隨被伴熱體系溫度的增加,功率大致呈現線性下降趨勢,其斜率為被伴熱體系溫度每改變一度時電熱帶功率的減少量,它反映了功率隨溫度自動調節的能力。應當指出,電熱帶的功率是穩定態參數,影響的因素較多,不能簡單地用電流乘以電壓加以計算,不同的電壓、功率、溫度等級特性曲線各異。
2.維持溫度 用電熱帶加熱或伴熱某一體系,若單位時間內電熱帶向該體系傳遞的熱量等于該體系向環境傳遞的熱量,該體系的溫度將維持不變,其維持溫度不超過產品的最高維持溫度,并可通過熱工設計來實現,但若控溫精度較高時應配置溫控器。
3.最高承受溫度 電熱帶的PTC芯帶能承受低于一定溫度的外部熱源的影響,高于此溫度后,該PTC芯帶功率會出現永久性的下降。因此,長期使用中不要超過該型號電熱帶的最高承受溫度。采用熱隔離法,可以在短時間內承受過高溫度,安全承受時間的長短是判別產品優劣的一項主要指標。
4.最高表面溫度 在隔熱良好的密閉容器內放足夠長度的電熱帶,在額定電壓下達到的最高溫度為電熱帶的最高表面溫度。這一參數對有易燃或易分解變質物料或有易爆氣體的場合是十分重要的,不同電壓,不同功率,不同溫度等級的產品具有不同的最高表面溫度。
5.使用壽命 電熱帶的使用壽命主要取決于PTC發熱芯帶在使用過程中輸出功率的衰減率(⊿P%=(Po-Pt)/Po×100%),同時絕緣層和外護套也應滿足使用要求,否則會影響使用壽命。使用壽命通常用功率衰減率⊿P%達到20%的時間來衡量。
6.最大使用長度 電熱帶可以任意剪短使用,但只能在一定長度范圍內任意接長;換言之,不得超過最大使用長度。最大使用長度因額定電壓、功率、導線截面及使用時最低環境溫度的不同而異。如果要求使用的長度超過電熱帶的最大使用長度,應當另接電源或采取特殊接線方式或使用特殊規格的中長型或特長型電伴熱帶。
7.產品的阻燃性能 阻燃分自熄和不延燃,氧指數應≥30。不燃與阻燃是兩個概念。阻燃性質以綠色環保阻燃為佳。對于燃燒時產生濃煙和有害氣體以導致人身安全,并對環境產生后續污染的阻燃材料屬禁止生產范圍。
8.起動電流 指電熱帶在某溫度某伴熱體系下通電瞬間的電流,起動電流通常高于穩態工作電流的數倍值。
四、自控溫電熱帶產品結構
1.圓形或扁形兩股平行金屬導電線芯:即PTC發熱材料的電極。
2.PTC發熱芯帶:分“特種”或“普通”PTC材料構成。
3.復合絕緣護層:因需要可分別采用聚乙烯、阻燃聚乙烯、氟塑料等材料;絕緣安全防護。最新企標增設防收縮絕緣層,故絕緣層為復合雙絕緣。
4.屏蔽層:金屬絲編織層,接地、漏電保護、屏蔽、防爆。
5.功能層:全屏蔽,100%抗電磁波,金屬箔膜或遠紅外涂層或延緩隔熱膜;遠紅外轉化、延緩隔熱、短時耐高溫。
